Most of the time people take the time to write a complaint letter. I am very pleased with your service so far so I thought I would write and tell you. In today’s world where the norm of the mediocre service your company’s proven commitment to customer service is much higher than your competitors. I have not gotten my car yet but I was compelled to write this letter, and pay for a job well done so far.
Here are some points I wanted to do.
Your manager Marie Ferguson upgraded my car transport, without any additional cost, in closed Transporter. My car is a rare SS Camaro Convertible with only 4000 miles and is perfect in all respects. I can not tell you how much I appreciate their concern for their safety vehicles.
When a car salesman was a bit on the uncooperative side of your agents invited to choose a car where it was at the residence of the sellers. Again without any additional cost to me.
Car salesman called me after the car was picked up and said, as a professional driver and a car as he moved from the carrier to put the car in a better place for his long trip to Oregon. When I heard that I calmed down I chose the right company to move the car.
System, you should monitor the progress really fun. It took me awhile to figure it out, but I had a blast watching the progress. Your driver is not wasting time. The car picked up in Fort Lauderdale Florida on Tuesday night in Watsonville California on Saturday afternoon.

I have not had the opportunity to respond sooner, I would have hoped.
My experience was great! I got my car at the estimated time without any problems at all. The driver who took my car was also the same, and very kind. He has not had much sleep, but he was still very nice. The place of receipt was easy to find, and they were professional. Constant contact was with me to let me know when my car arrived in Texas, and when he is ready to pick up. It was the first time I was a ship the car … In the past I simply Driven. I went to Texas, LA enough times that I could drive it with my eyes closed.
I will also spend time on post testimonial on your site, because my experience is that good!
